Detailed aerial inspection of buildings, roofs, and facades without scaffolding, cherry pickers, or rope access – typically at 70–80% lower cost and completed in a single site visit. High-definition imagery and radiometric thermal scanning identify defects, moisture ingress, and insulation failures that are invisible from ground level.

Comprehensive inspection reports with high-definition imagery, thermal analysis, and actionable maintenance recommendations.
High-resolution photographs capturing every surface of the building and roof from multiple angles for detailed assessment.
Professional reports with each defect photographed, located, categorised by severity, and annotated with repair recommendations.
Infrared thermal imagery revealing hidden moisture ingress, insulation failures, heat loss, and electrical hotspots invisible to the naked eye.
Overall condition rating for each roof section with remaining life estimates and prioritised maintenance schedule.
Photogrammetric 3D models of the roof and building exterior for measurement, area calculations, and project planning.
Prioritised repair and maintenance recommendations with estimated urgency levels to help you plan and budget effectively.
Condition surveys, defect detection, and detailed inspections of commercial and residential roofs.

Skip the scaffolding costs and safety risks. Our drone inspections deliver better coverage in less time – with detailed reports you can act on immediately.
Safe, systematic, and faster than scaffolding. A typical commercial roof is inspected in under an hour.
We review building drawings and any previous inspection reports before arriving on site. Airspace is checked and notified if required. Access for the drone operator is all that is needed – there is no requirement for roof access, cherry pickers, or scaffold erection.
Depending on building size and complexity, we deploy the DJI Matrice 4 Enterprise or DJI Matrice 350 RTK to capture a planned grid of overhead and oblique images of the entire roof and upper facade. The Matrice 4 Enterprise combines a high-resolution wide-angle camera with a 56× zoom and radiometric thermal sensor in a single compact airframe – ideal for urban inspections where a smaller, quieter platform reduces disruption. For larger commercial buildings, the Matrice 350 RTK carries the Zenmuse H30T multi-sensor payload for simultaneous visual, zoom, thermal, and laser rangefinder capture.
Where defects are identified during the systematic pass, we fly in close at 3–5m for high-resolution documentation. Cracks, blistering, failed laps, lead flashings, and ridge details are all captured at sufficient resolution to allow defect classification and scope of works assessment.
You receive an annotated image report with every identified defect numbered, located on an overhead plan, and classified by severity (immediate, short-term, monitor). Thermal anomalies are overlaid on visible imagery so you can see exactly where trapped moisture sits. Format accepted by insurers and building owners.
From minor maintenance items to urgent structural concerns – documented and classified so you know exactly what needs attention.
A drone inspection tells you what is there and where it is. It cannot tell you the depth of a defect, the condition underneath a membrane, or the remaining service life of a flat roof built-up system. For anything beyond visual and thermal assessment, a qualified surveyor or roofing contractor needs to physically access the roof to carry out a detailed investigation.
We are transparent about this because we have seen clients receive inflated drone inspection reports that recommend immediate replacement of roofs that have many years of serviceable life left. Our reports grade severity honestly. Not every crack is an emergency.
Our Recommendation
Use the drone inspection to understand the scope of the problem before commissioning a full ground-level survey. You will know which areas need attention before anyone climbs on the roof, which makes the ground survey faster and more focused.
Annotated high-resolution imagery and written reports identifying every defect – with location, severity rating, and recommended remedial action.
Property owners, facilities managers, insurers, and contractors across Ireland rely on our aerial inspection data.
Close-range aerial inspection of building facades – without scaffolding, rope access, or disruption to occupants.
A drone facade inspection provides a detailed visual and thermal assessment of a building’s external surfaces. For multi-storey commercial buildings, hotels, apartment blocks, and heritage structures, drone inspection eliminates the cost and programme time of scaffolding or rope access – while delivering higher resolution imagery than a ground-level assessment could achieve.
