Three patterns we see across every sector: clients underestimate how much Irish airspace is controlled (most of Leinster and the urban east coast needs IAA flight authorisation, which we handle); clients receive point clouds in formats their engineers can’t open (we deliver DWG/DXF/LAS/GeoTIFF in EPSG 2157 by default); and clients budget for a single flight when the value comes from a scheduled return (monthly stockpile, fortnightly construction, annual blade).
